Ghosts

Ghosts is a black-and-white series that's less about any one subject and more about a feeling. Every photo is edited in the same way, giving it a dreamy, almost surreal, haunting quality. Each image is something ordinary, from daily life, the kind of thing we walk past so often we stop seeing it at all. A sort of ghost. This series proves a long held belief that I've had about photography: that the beauty is already there, hiding in plain sight, waiting for someone to slow down enough to notice it.
